How does the booking process work?

The booking process is quite simple. Look through our available packages and chose the one that closest matches your needs. Contact us and specify the package you have chosen and any changes you are interested in making to the package, to better suit your needs. We will review your inquiry, make the neccessary changes and send you a quote based on your selection and changes. If you are happy with the package, let us know and we will send you the neccessary paperwork to finalize and book your event. We are always happy to meet with our clients face-to-face as well, to discuss and answer any questions they may have.

Can your event packages be modified to better suit our event needs?

Yes. All of our packages can be changed to better suit your event needs. Our packages are just a general overview of what we typically offer for a specific event, every event is slightly different and as such we will gladly adapt to any specific changes someone may have.

May I specify the genres of music for my event?

Absolutely. It's your event and we are here to make our customers events memorable for them. We may make suggestions to our clients if we feel something may clash, but ultimantely it's their event and they make the final decision on how their event will go.

Do you require a deposit for a booking?

Yes, we require a deposit for booked services. The amount of the deposits vary, depending on the package and/or event that is being booked. In most cases the deposit is Non-Refundable, as there is a lot of time and work involved in preparing for an event and the deposit ensures we are compensated for this work. There are special cases where a deposit may be refunded, this information is outlined in the "Contract of Services." All deposits will be applied to the total amount of the package booked on the day of the event and the remaining balance will be due by the end of the booked event.

How do I cancel a booked event?

To cancel a booked event, just contact us at least 14 days prior to the event to cancel. We know that things come up unexpectedly in life, we will work with our clients to either rebook their event for a later date or try and work out a suitable solution to their unique circumstance.

Is RockIT DJ Services Insured?

Yes. RockIT DJ Services is insured, which covers us and our clients from any unforeseeable issues that may arise. Things happen and we want to ensure we, as well as our clients are protected.

Do you offer discounts on services?

Yes. We currently are offering a discount on services to active and retired military members and first responders. It's our small way of showing our appreciation for what they do for us. Contact us for further details on this offer.
